Genealogy (the research of family history) is becoming one of the favorite pastimes
of the online community and one question everybody asks is, "Are there any photographs?"
PhotoConnection is a free-to-use Online Genealogy Database of old family photographs, and other
documents, to assist in the research of family history. Along with
tips on how to research your family tree we hope to enable others to find that much sought
after photograph of a long lost relative .... and to make that PhotoConnection! If you have a photograph or photographs you would like included on this site please email it to us or send it, together with as much detail as possible, to the address below. If you would like your photographs returned please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.
This photograph was taken on the 2nd July 1949 in the garden of Robert Cockburn (1906-1960) and Edith Emily Cockburn (1905-1974), following the marriage of their daughter Joyce Edith Cockburn (1928) to Reginald Leonard Langstone (1928-2002).
